I really love photography. Almost as much as I love people. I have a lot of hobbies and passions; being in nature, visiting small nearby towns, karaoke, and homeschooling my three children, but what I enjoy most about these things is doing them with friends and family.  From the time I got my first camera in 8th grade, I’ve been on a mission to capture my love for people on camera. Photography has allowed me to stop time as my children grew too fast, to encapsulate the loving gaze of  a couple, the essence of a family  while they play, or the hope for the future in a teenager’s Senior photos.  I enjoy learning and teaching about photography almost as much as I enjoy doing it myself. I am constantly looking for ways to grow this craft of photographing my love of people, but passing this skill, this passion on to others, is the cherry on top of the cake of life. I’d be honored if you’d let me freeze some moments in time in this season of your life.
